At Rose & Bone General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your t-shirt or hoodie, we’re here to help, but due to the nature of how we work with our printers, it will be tough to refund or exchange anything that is not the printer's fault.
Returns
All products are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or if you change your mind. Be sure to double-check our sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem. We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund — no need to send the item back.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
